That means months of work happen in parallel instead of back-to-back. Most modular projects go from groundbreaking to move-in in 3 to 4 months, compared to 8 to 12 months for a typical stick-built home. We handle every part of the process. That starts with clearing and grading your lot, pouring the foundation, running utility hookups for water, sewer, and electric, and making sure everything is ready before the modules arrive. On set day, we coordinate the crane operator, delivery trucks, and our crew to get every section placed and bolted down. After that, we take over all finish work: sealing joints, connecting systems between modules, installing siding and roofing at the ridge, and completing every interior detail.
